What is Gachapon?
Gachapon (also known as gashapon) is a beloved Japanese tradition of vending machine capsule toys. Each capsule contains a mystery item from a specific collection—you never know exactly what you'll get, and that's part of the magic! The anticipation, the surprise, and the joy of discovery are what make gachapon so special.
Our Mission
At Gacha Twist, we're passionate about bringing the excitement of Japanese mystery collectibles to collectors across the U.S. and beyond.
Gachapon is where our story began and remains at the heart of Gacha Twist. As we've grown, we've expanded our collection to include factory-sealed Japanese blind boxes alongside our authentic gachapon capsules—giving collectors even more ways to experience the fun of discovering what's inside.
We carefully curate products that we genuinely find interesting, from anime and character collectibles to miniatures, art pieces, food replicas, quirky Japanese designs, and more.
Texas Based • Authentic Japanese Imports
Gacha Twist is a small Texas-based online shop specializing in authentic Japanese gachapon and blind box collectibles imported from Japan.
We source our inventory through reputable Japanese manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and retailers. Every product we sell is selected with authenticity in mind, and we do not sell replicas, imitations, or counterfeit products.
Each product page identifies the manufacturer or brand whenever available so collectors can see exactly who created the product they're purchasing.
Two Ways to Discover the Surprise
Gachapon
Choose a gachapon series and we'll twist a real gachapon machine for your order. You'll receive one random capsule from the collection, recreating the excitement and surprise of using a gachapon machine in Japan.
Blind Boxes
Choose a blind box series and you'll receive one factory-sealed blind box containing a random item from that collection. We leave the box sealed so you get to experience the reveal yourself.
Whichever you choose, the mystery is part of the fun.
Collect Them All
Many of our gachapon and blind box series feature multiple designs to discover. Will you get your favorite on the first try, or will the hunt continue?
Duplicates are always possible with mystery collectibles, and trading with other collectors can be part of the fun of completing a collection.
