Understanding Gachapon Purchases

When you shop at Gacha Twist, you're purchasing the authentic gachapon experience — a random item from the collection.

Because gachapon are blind pulls, we don't offer returns or exchanges based on the specific item received. Opened capsules or blind boxes are considered final once opened.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will resolve the issue with a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Unopened Returns

Items in original, unopened packaging may be eligible for return for store credit with prior approval.

Opened capsules, opened blind boxes, or items removed from their original sealed packaging are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments automatically include up to $100 insurance coverage through USPS at no additional cost.

🇺🇸 US Orders: Claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be reported within 7 days of expected delivery.

🌍 International Orders: International shipments include standard USPS international insurance coverage only. Claims must be reported within 7 days of expected delivery.

 

Final Sale Items

Clearance items and special promotions marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

What Is Not Covered

  • Receiving an unwanted item (this is the nature of blind pulls) 
  • Duplicate items from multiple purchases 
  • Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product
  • Claims submitted after 7 days without photo evidence
