Gachapon (also called gashapon) are Japanese capsule toys traditionally dispensed from vending machines. Each capsule contains a surprise collectible figure or item from a specific series. You won't know exactly which one you'll receive until the capsule is selected—that surprise is part of the gachapon experience!

Yes! We only sell authentic products sourced from Japan. Our collectibles are sourced from reputable Japanese suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, and retailers.

Each product page identifies the manufacturer or brand whenever available, so you can see who produced the item.

For gachapon, we twist a real gachapon machine for your order, so the item you receive is random, just like using a gachapon machine in Japan. When ordering multiple capsules from the same series, we do our best to avoid duplicates when possible, but duplicates can still occur.

Blind boxes are shipped factory sealed and unopened, so we cannot determine which item is inside. Ordering multiple blind boxes may result in duplicates.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and available shipping services. DHL Express may also be available for shipments to Japan.

🌍 International Orders: Insurance and carrier coverage vary depending on the shipping service selected.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information. We’ll review the situation and assist with eligible carrier claims when reasonably possible.

Because gachapon and blind boxes are mystery collectibles, we don't accept returns or exchanges based on the specific character, design, color, or variant you receive. The surprise is part of the experience!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos when applicable. Depending on the circumstances and product availability, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Unopened gachapon capsules and factory-sealed blind boxes in their original condition may be eligible for return for store credit with prior approval. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless Gacha Twist shipped an incorrect item or otherwise agrees to cover the return.

Gachapon and blind boxes are originally sold in Japan at domestic Japanese pricing. To make these collectibles available to customers in the U.S., we import products in small batches and incur international shipping, purchasing, handling, and other import-related costs.
