Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options via USPS to addresses within the United States:

• Economy Shipping: $4.90 (5-8 business days) • Standard Shipping: $6.90 (3-4 business days) • FREE SHIPPING on US orders $40 and over (Economy, 5-8 business days)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected shipping method. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Package Protection

All packages shipped via USPS automatically include up to $100 of insurance coverage at no additional cost. This covers loss or damage during transit.

🌍 International orders are covered by standard USPS international insurance only.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@gachatwist.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Claims must be filed within 7 days of expected delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please monitor your tracking information and contact the carrier directly with any delivery concerns.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address corrections may incur additional shipping fees.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected carrier service via USPS (Discounted rates from Shopify). For Japan, DHL Express is also available.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer. Gacha Twist is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

Blind Box Products

All items are shipped sealed in their original gachapon capsules to maintain the mystery experience. Items cannot be opened or inspected prior to shipping.
