What is gachapon?
Gachapon (also called gashapon) are Japanese capsule toys dispensed from vending machines. Each capsule contains a surprise collectible figure or item from a specific series.
Will you restock sold-out items?
No, we cannot restock gachapon once they sell out. Each series is imported in limited quantities directly from Japan, and manufacturers typically do not produce additional runs once a series ends. This is part of what makes gachapon collectibles so special—they're truly limited edition. We recommend purchasing items you love when you see them, as they may not be available again.
Are these authentic Japanese gachapon?
Yes! All our gachapon capsules are directly imported from Japan. Each purchase is an authentic Japanese collectible experience.
How does ordering work?
When you order, you'll receive a surprise gachapon capsule from your selected series. Part of the fun is not knowing exactly which item you'll get—just like using a real gachapon machine in Japan!
What if I get a duplicate?
Duplicates are part of the authentic gachapon collecting experience. Many collectors trade duplicates with friends or other collectors to complete their sets.
Why do prices differ from Japan?
Gachapon in Japan are sold through vending machines at local pricing. To bring authentic capsules to the U.S., we import in small batches and cover international shipping, customs, and import fees. Each capsule is carefully handled and packaged to ensure it arrives sealed and protected.

How long does shipping take?

Can I return or exchange my gachapon?
Because gachapon are blind pulls, we don't offer returns or exchanges based on the specific item you receive—the mystery is part of the experience!
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Unopened items in original packaging may be eligible for return for store credit with prior approval (return shipping is at your expense unless we made an error).
