We take great care in packaging your gachapon items to ensure they arrive safely. All shipments automatically include up to $100 insurance coverage through USPS at no additional cost. For additional peace of mind, optional shipping protection is available at checkout based on your order value. This provides extra coverage for loss, damage, or theft during transit beyond the standard USPS insurance.

Because gachapon are blind pulls, we don't offer returns or exchanges based on the specific item you receive—the mystery is part of the experience!

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Unopened items in original packaging may be eligible for return for store credit with prior approval (return shipping at your expense unless we made an error).
